If You Start to Forget Who we Can Blame- turn on Your TV

Take a moment to remember who to blame for the mess we’re in. – More than ruthless Dems or the inept campaign of the GOP, the blame lies with CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC and ABC. They marketed their candidate all day every day until the election and since then, they’ve marketed Obama’s agenda to us. They’ve been aggressive and they’ve been thorough. They bear more of a burden of responsibility than any other entity for the death of the American Dream. NEVER forget it.

They’d Send Us All to Prison Just to Spare Obama

So now the Democrats want us to go to prison for failure to buy insurance. Do they really think our justice system could absorb this gigantic load- or is it that they’d do anything to avoid an excise tax for a punishment and resultantly everyone highlighting yet another campaign lie by The Obama.

Where is a Tearful Pelosi, Fearful of G-20 Protesters

Where is Nancy Pelosi now? Is she terrified of all of the wild demonstrators outside of the G-20 meeting? Where is the trembling voice and the tearful eyes? She doesn’t know who’s in the Philadelphia freak show, yet, apparently, she is confident that Obama is not in danger- not from one of these radicals. What a phony she is and what a deplorable double standard we see from the left and their press!-sjm

Sanctions Against Iran? How about a Screendoor on a Submarine?

I hear all the useless blathering about sanctions against IRAN. Sanctions mean nothing to IRAN. It is logical- sanctions mean nothing to people who do not care about convention or convenience or image. These people only care about accomplishing the goals of their religion or nation no matter what destruction is wrought or lives lost- even their own.

Help us rename the “Mainstream Media”

Regular readers know that we have fought a battle against the term “Mainstream Media”. It’s way too benign and implies that the ideas the major networks and large newspapers advance are in the mainstream of public thought. We’ve been calling them the old, establishment media- but they’ve outgrown the niceness of that lable.

They refuse to cover Van Jones honestly. They refuse to cover the ACORN scandal. They report the Joe Wilson incident with as much malice as possible- and now- now they offer their Sunday morning news shows to him for propaganda purposes. Until this man came to the White House and until this level of corruption overtook the press, you would have had to travel to Cuba to see the President’s pre-packaged proaganda on every channel.

OK. We need a new Name- Pravda USA or TASS America? What do you think?- sjm

Nice Job, Johanns- We’ve Got Another Case for You

Nebrasaka Senator Mike Johanns hit a homerun when he introduced legislation to deny funding to ACORN. We’re hoping he’ll take the same kind of leadership in discovering how many criminal enterprises this group has nurtured in the past. Not one ACORN employee expressed even the slightest surprise at being asked to offer counsel and support to a child prostitution ring. Obviously, it ‘s not the first time they’ve encountered such situations. If we have a real, honest investigation, how many brothels or drug houses will we find thriving thanks to ACORN? We hope the Senator will push for inquiry. SJM

A headline we’ve used before… Rep. Steve King has shown his remarkably bold leadership again by stepping up with a statement of support for Rep. Joe Wilson. With every day that passes, the character assasination on Wilson is more despicable. It is increasingly important that courageous leaders stand behind him. Thanks, Steve.- SJM

O’Reilly, You’re SOOO Naive!

Just heard O’Reilly say that if Jimmy Carter had called Obama up and asked him if he should play the race card, Obama would have begged him not to. Oh, please Bill. The race card is one of the last cards the Obama has to play in forcing ObamaCare upon us! Yes it is making some people mad- but it is also being pretty effective in villifying Joe Wilson. When team Obama asked the also naive Jimmy Carter to carry the race card for them they knew there would be blowback- but they also knew it might intimidate some ObamaCare opponents. I’m sure Obama’s people find it a political strategy well worth trying. While the President leaves no fingerprints and is so shocked and upset that anyone would introduce race. Yea. Right. I bet O’Reilly thinks magicians really cut ladies in half… sjm

Jimmy Hauls the Race Card

Jimmy’s back and he’s talking racism. Jimmy Carter is so sad. I know I’ve said this before, but Invariably he reminds of that girl- you know the one- every high school has one. She’s not very bright. She’s desperate to be popular. She believes every line she’s fed. She’d sleep with anybody- do anything to be in with the “popular crowd”. That’s Jimmy Carter. You really think he did a thoughtful analysis of the Joe Wilson incident and decided it was racial? I doubt it. More likely: Rahm or David or some other member of Obama’s really cool “in” crowd called on Jimmy and blew in his ear. They flattered him a little. What am I saying? They flattered him a lot. I can just hear it-“These right-wing-racists are attacking the President. He’d love to talk about it himself- but he can’t lose the support of white people. We need a volunteer to haul this big, heavy race card for us. You’d be perfect as our most prestigious living President.”

And so our Jimmy of easy political virtue goes down again. This is not the first time the Obama gang has sent this doddering fool out to introduce a hot potato for them. Believe me- it won’t be the last. Sheila Murphy, Editor

Kanye West and racism

Does anybody really believe that Kanye West would have marched onto stage and rudely snatched the microphone away from Taylor Swift if she’d been a black female recording artist? NO WAY. West would never had done that. People say this is about West being drunk. Please! He hasn’t been sober in a decade. Nor is this about his lack of class (which is always apparent). Nope. This is about racism- plain and simple- and about all the culture watchdogs afraid to say so.- SJM
