Jimmy Hauls the Race Card

Jimmy’s back and he’s talking racism. Jimmy Carter is so sad. I know I’ve said this before, but Invariably he reminds of that girl- you know the one- every high school has one. She’s not very bright. She’s desperate to be popular. She believes every line she’s fed. She’d sleep with anybody- do anything to be in with the “popular crowd”. That’s Jimmy Carter. You really think he did a thoughtful analysis of the Joe Wilson incident and decided it was racial? I doubt it. More likely: Rahm or David or some other member of Obama’s really cool “in” crowd called on Jimmy and blew in his ear. They flattered him a little. What am I saying? They flattered him a lot. I can just hear it-“These right-wing-racists are attacking the President. He’d love to talk about it himself- but he can’t lose the support of white people. We need a volunteer to haul this big, heavy race card for us. You’d be perfect as our most prestigious living President.”

And so our Jimmy of easy political virtue goes down again. This is not the first time the Obama gang has sent this doddering fool out to introduce a hot potato for them. Believe me- it won’t be the last. Sheila Murphy, Editor
