We Know who Obama is now. We know his brand of political gamesmanship. Sotomayor is just what he wants- someone who will allow her decisions to be guided by their shared ultra-left agenda and, someone who, I suspect, will dramatically alter the civility and discretion of the Court, as it has existed until now despite the political leanings of any Justice. Brace yourselves for a Justice who will make heretofore dignified disagreements about law into raucous personal disputes… between good and evil-”social compassion” and evil.
