Not Giving Obama the Benefit of the Doubt? I’m Guilty

November 14, 2008 on 6:31 pm | In National Political | No Comments

I’m already receiving a great deal of criticism for “assuming the worst” about our new President and “not giving him a fair chance” I’m guilty as charged. I am anticipating the very worst. If a miracle should occur and President Obama were to govern as a mild-mannered moderate who actually stood against the radical left-wing agenda proposed by Soros, Pelosi, Frank and the like, then I would humbly and publicly beg forgiveness. But I don’t think I will have to do that. We, those who are fighting to save conservatism in our country, cannot stand by for a few months to see how things “shake out”. We cannot spare that time. We must work every moment to learn and plan and prepare. Should our preparations not be needed, we’d rejoice. But as it is , we must expect the worst- but pray for the best.
